Harju Elekter tõstab tehnoloogilist võimekust

ASi Harju Elekter tütarettevõte AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika avas täna, 6.septembril oma uues tehaseosas pidulikult täisautomaatse lehtmetalli töötlemise liini. Soome firma Finn-Power Oy poolt tarnitud robotiseeritud tootmisliini käivitamine suurendab tehase võimekust toota paindlikult ühtse voona nii väike- kui suurpartiisid tõstes hüppeliselt tehase tootlikust ning viies tootmise kontsernis targatehase ehk Industry 4.0 tasemele. Lehtmetallkomponentide tootmismahu suurendamise vajadus oli tingitud kasvanud tellimuste efektiivse täitmise tagamisest nii kontserni ettevõtetele kui ka kontserniväliste klientidele. Tehnoloogiliste uuenduste raames soetati veel kõrgtehnoloogiline painutuspink firmalt AMADA ning täisautomaatne presstarvikute paigaldusseade firmalt Haeger, mis liideti kaasaegse juhtimistarkvaraga lehtmetalli töötlemise FMS automaatliiniga. Lisaks renoveeriti 2300 m2 ulatuses tootmishalle, mille käigus suurenesid tütarettevõtte tootmispinnad ligi 9000 m2ni. Investeeringute maksumus kokku oli 3 miljonit eurot. ASi Harju Elekter Teletehnika põhitegevus on kliendikohaste lehtmetalltoodete ja -lahenduste valmistamine energeetika, elektrotehnika ja ka telekomi sektorile. Lisaks tehakse allhanketöid lehtmetalli töötlemise ja viimistluse alal. ASi Harju Elekter Teletehnika 2017. aasta müügitulud olid 5,1 miljonit eurot, millest eksport moodustas 26%. Ettevõttes töötab 91 inimest. Tänavu 50. tegevusaastat tähistav Harju Elekter Grupp on juhtiv kesk- ja madalpinge elektri- ja automaatikaseadmete valmistaja Baltimaades ning tuntud ja tunnustatud tootja Skandinaavia riikides. Harju Elektri põhitegevusalaks on elektrienergia jaotuseks ja ülekandeks vajalike seadmete välja töötamine, tootmine ja müük. Põhitegevust toetavad lehtmetalltoodete tehas Eestis ning tööstuskinnisvara arendamine ja rentimine. Harju Elekter Grupi Eesti, Soome, Rootsi ja Leedu tehastes töötab 750 spetsialisti ning 6 kuu konsolideeritud müügitulud olid 59,8 miljonit eurot. Harju Elekter raises its technology capacity

Today, on 6 September, AS Harju Elekter’s subsidiary AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika festively opened a fully automated sheet metal processing line in the new section of its factory. The activation of the robotised production line, supplied by Finnish company Finn-Power Oy, increases the factory’s capacity to flexibly produce both small and large batches in a single stream, exponentially increasing the factory’s productivity and bringing manufacturing within the Group to the smart factory i.e. Industry 4.0 level. The need to increase the production volume of sheet metal components was made necessary by the efficient fulfilment of the increased number of orders to the Group’s undertakings, as well as clients outside of the Group. Within the framework of the technological upgrades, a hi-tech bending machine was also acquired from the company AMADA, along with a fully automatic mounting press for pressed accessories from the company Haeger, which was integrated with the FMS automated sheet metal processing line. In addition, a 2300 m2 section of the production hall was renovated, during the course of which the subsidiary’s production space increased to nearly 9000 m2. The total cost of the investments was 3 million euros. The main activities of AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika include a range of customer-based sheet metal products and semi-manufactured articles are produced for the electrical engineering and energy sectors as well as for the telecom sector. In addition, subcontracting works are carried out and services rendered in the area of sheet metal processing and finishing. In 2017, the sales revenue of Harju Elekter Teletehnika amounted to 5.1 million euros, and the share of export in sales revenue amounted to 26%. The company employs 91 people. After launching its activities in 1968, Harju Elekter Group has developed into a leading producer of MV/LV electrical and engineering devices in the Baltic countries and a well-known and respected manufacturer in Scandinavia. Harju Elekter’s main field of business is the development, manufacturing and sale of equipment necessary for the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The core business is supported by a sheet metal plant in Estonia and the development and leasing of industrial real estate. Harju Elekter Group’s plants in Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Lithuania employ nearly 750 specialists, and 6 months sales revenue of the Group was 59,8 million euros.
