Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (HTR kaubandus- ja büroohoone)
Teade
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluva ettevõtte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja Mapri Ehitus OÜ konsortsium sõlmis lepingu HTR Support OÜ-ga Tartusse Sepa tn 19 kinnistule 4-korruselise kaubandus- ja büroohoone projekteerimiseks ja ehituseks. Hoonesse tuleb netopinda 3 138 m². Lepingu maksumus on 4,43 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Maja valmib 2019. aasta aprillis. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2017. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 231 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. Construction contract (HTR commercial and office building)

A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Mapri Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with HTR Support OÜ for the design and construction of a 4-storey commercial and office building in Sepa 19, Tartu. The building will have 3,138 m² of net space. The value of the contract is 4.43 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in April 2019.
