Muutus aktsiatega seotud häälte arvus

18.04.2018 teatas KJK FUND SICAV-SIF ASile Merko Ehitus, et 17.04.2018 langes KJK FUND SICAV-SIF-i osalus (ING Luxembourg S.A. AIF kontol) ASis Merko Ehitus alla 5%. 17.04.2018 seisuga kuulus KJK FUND SICAV-SIF-ile 874 516 ASi Merko Ehitus aktsiat, mis esindab 4,94% ASi Merko Ehituse kõigist hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvist 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus korraldada sellise teabe avalikustamine, mis puudutab isikule kuuluvate häälte arvu muutust, mille puhul häälte arv ületab sama seaduse paragrahvi 185 lõikes 1 sätestatud teavitamiskünnist kas suurenedes või vähenedes. Change in the number of votes represented by shares

On 18 April 2018, KJK FUND SICAV-SIF informed AS Merko Ehitus that on 17 April 2018 the shareholding of KJK FUND SICAV-SIF (on ING Luxembourg S.A. AIF account) in AS Merko Ehitus decreased below 5%. As of 17 April 2018 KJK FUND SICAV-SIF held 874,516 shares of AS Merko Ehitus, representing 4.94% of all the votes represented by the shares of AS Merko Ehitus. Pursuant to section 186 of the Securities Market Act, the issuer is obligated to organise the publication of the information pertaining to such change in the number of votes belonging to a person, wherefore the number of votes exceeds the notification threshold, as per subsection 185 (1) of the same Act, either when increasing or decreasing.
