Korteriarendusprojekti Rand ehitusega alustamine (Tallinn, Eesti)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on alustanud Tallinnas aadressil Suur-Patarei 20 Rand linnavillade ehitust. Arendusprojekt hõlmab kolme uue kortermaja ehitamist ja miljööväärtusliku hoovimaja rekonstrueerimist. Kokku 31 korteri ja 6 äripinnaga hooned valmivad 2019. aasta sügisel. Rand linnavillad (merko.ee/rand) paiknevad mere lähedal Suur-Patarei ja Kalaranna tänavate vahelisel krundil, mis asub kiirelt areneva linnahalli piirkonna ja Noblessneri sadamalinnaku vahel. B-energiaklassiga hoonete energiasäästlikkuse tagab vesipõrandaküte ja soojustagastusega sundventilatsioon. Kogu kvartali parkimine on viidud maa alla. Hoonete vahele jääv liigendatud sisehoov haljastatakse ning sinna luuakse korterite juurde kuuluvad privaatsed haljasalad ja laste mänguväljak. Korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 57–298 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetri hinnad on vahemikus 2900–4500 eurot. Rand linnavillade arhitektuurilahenduse on loonud Kadarik Tüür Arhitektid. Start of the construction of Rand residential project (Tallinn, Estonia)

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of Rand residential development project, located at Suur-Patarei 20 in Tallinn. The development project comprises three new residential buildings and reconstruction of a historical building in the courtyard. The complex with total of 31 apartments and 6 commercial premises will be completed in autumn 2019. Rand residential buildings (merko.ee/rand/en) are located by the sea between the streets of Suur-Patarei and Kalaranna, close to fast-developing districts of Tallinn City Hall and Noblessner harbour. The energy class B residential buildings have floor heating and heat exchange forced air ventilation system. Car park will be built on an underground level. Private green areas and common play area will be created in the interior courtyards. The size of the apartments ranges between 57–298 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 2,900 to 4,500 euros. The architecture of Rand residential project is authored by architectural design office Kadarik Tüür Arhitektid.
