Kontserni tütarettevõtte nõukogu liikmete volituste pikendamine (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2018-01-08 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus juhatuse 8. jaanuari 2018 otsusega on pikendatud AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu liikmete Andres Trinki, Tõnu Toomiku ja Teet Roopalu volitusi alates 1. jaanuarist 2018 kuni 31. detsembrini 2020. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena: Andres Trink (esimees), Tõnu Toomik ja Teet Roopalu. Vastavalt AS Merko Ehitus Eesti põhikirjale valitakse ettevõtte nõukogu liige kolmeks aastaks. Extension of the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of a group’s subsidiary entity (AS Merko Ehitus Eesti)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2018-01-08 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to a decision of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus from 8 January 2018, the powers of the Members of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Mr. Andres Trink, Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mr. Teet Roopalu have been extended from 1 January 2018 until 31 December 2020. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with three members: Mr. Andres Trink (The Chairman), Mr. Tõnu Toomik and Mr. Teet Roopalu. According to the Articles of association of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, the Member of the Supervisory Board is appointed for three years.
