PRF: Muudatused AS-i PRFoods nelja olulise tütarettevõtja juhtorganites

Tallinn, Eesti, 2017-10-26 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Muutub Saaremere Kala AS-i nõukogu ja juhatuse koosseis AS-i PRFoods tütarettevõtja Saaremere Kala AS-i nõukogu uueks liikmeks valitakse Victoria Leigh-Pearson. Lisaks senistele juhatuse liikmetele (Indrek Kasela ja Margus Rebane) valitakse Saaremere Kala AS-i juhatuse liikmeteks täiendavalt Christopher Leigh, Mats Storbjörk ja Ville Sammallahti. Victoria Leigh-Pearson liitus AS-i PRFoods kontserni kuuluva äriühinguga John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited 2003. aastal ja on tegutsenud John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited müügidirektorina viimased kümme aastat. Samuti on Victoria Leigh-Pearson nõustanud konsultandina AS-i PRFoods kontserni kuuluva Coln Valley Smokery Limited müügitegevust. Christopher Leigh liitus äriühinguga John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited 1992. aastal ning on nimetatud äriühingu tegevdirektor. Victoria Leigh-Pearson ja Christopher Leigh on juhatuse liikmed AS-i PRFoods kontserni kuuluvates äriühingutes JRJ & PRF Limited, Coln Valley Smokery Limited ja John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited. Mats Storbjörk on alates 2007. aastast Saaremere Kala AS-i tütarettevõtja Oy Trio Trading Ab juhatuse liige, vastutades ostu- ja administratiivvaldkonna juhtimise eest. Ville Sammallahti on tegutsenud Oy Trio Trading Ab juhatuse liikmena alates 2007. aastast, vastutades müügi- ja tootmisvaldkonna juhtimise eest. Mõlemad valitakse juhatuse liikmeteks ka Saaremere Kala AS-i tütarettevõtjas Heimon Kala Oy. Täiendavalt on Ville Sammallahti juhatuse asendusliige järgnevates ühingutes: Kuljetus Heikki Sammallahti Oy ja Kuljetus S. Luokkala Oy. Vicky Leigh-Pearson, Christopher Leigh, Mats Storbjörk ja Ville Sammallahti ei oma ühtegi AS-i PRFoods aktsiat. Muutub Heimon Kala Oy juhatuse koosseis Muutub Saaremere Kala AS-i tütarettevõtja Heimon Kala Oy juhatus. Lisaks senisetele juhatuse liikmetele valitakse juhatuse liikmeteks Mats Storbjörk ja Ville Sammallahti. Mats Storbjörk on tegutsenud Saaremere Kala AS-i tütarettevõtja Oy Trio Trading Ab juhatuse liikmena alates 2007. aastast, vastutades ostu- ja administratiivvaldkonna juhtimise eest. Ville Sammallahti on tegutsenud Oy Trio Trading Ab juhatuse liikmena alates 2007. aastast, vastutades müügi- ja tootmisvaldkonna juhtimise eest. Mõlemad valitakse juhatuse liikmeteks ka AS-i PRFoods tütarettevõtjas Saaremere Kala AS. Täiendavalt on Ville Sammallahti juhatuse asendusliige järgnevates ühingutes: Kuljetus Heikki Sammallahti Oy ja Kuljetus S. Luokkala Oy. Mats Storbjörk ja Ville Sammallahti ei oma ühtegi AS-i PRFoods aktsiat. Muutub Osaühingu Vettel juhatuse koosseis Osaühingu Vettel juhatusest lahkub juhatuse liige Mairi Paiste ja tema asemele valitakse uueks juhatuse liikmeks Ivari Vokk. Muudatus jõustub 10.11.2017. Ivari Vokk töötas 2013 kuni 2017 Horeca Service OÜ tegevjuhina ja tegutseb alates 2017. aasta märtsist Saaremere Kala AS-i Eesti piirkonnajuhina ning AS-i PRFoods kontserni ekspordijuhina. Ivari Vokk on Maitse.com OÜ juhatuse liige. Ivari Vokk ei oma AS-i PRFoods aktsiaid. Muutub GourmetHouse osaühing juhatuse koosseis AS-i PRFoods kontserni kuuluvast GourmetHouse osaühingust lahkub juhatuse liige Margus Rebane ja tema asemele valitakse uueks juhatuse liikmeteks Endel Varik ja Ivari Vokk. Endel Varik on tegelenud GourmetHouse osaühingu igapäevase majandustegevuse juhtimisega üle üheksa aasta. Ivari Vokk töötas 2013 kuni 2017 Horeca Service OÜ tegevjuhina ja tegutseb alates 2017. aasta märtsist Saaremere Kala AS-i Eesti piirkonnajuhina ning AS-i PRFoods kontserni ekspordijuhina. In addition to the current members of the management board (Indrek Kasela and Margus Rebane) Christopher Leigh, Mats Storbjörk and Ville Sammallahti are additionally chosen the members of the management board of Saaremere Kala AS. Victoria Leigh-Pearson joined John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited owned by AS PRFoods group in 2003 and has been acting as the sales director of John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited for the last ten years. Victoria Leigh-Pearson has also advised the sales activities of Coln Valley Smokery Limited belonging to AS PRFoods group as the consultant. Christopher Leigh joined John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited in 1992 and is the managing director of the latter company. Victoria Leigh-Pearson and Christopher Leigh are the members of the management board in the companies JRJ & PRF Limited, Coln Valley Smokery Limited and John Ross Jr. (Aberdeen) Limited belonging to AS PRFoods group. Since 2007 Mats Storbjörk is the member of the management board of Oy Trio Trading Ab, the subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS, by being responsible for the management of purchase and administrative sector.
