Muudatused tütarettevõtete juhatustes
Teade
Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS tütarettevõtte KIA Auto AS nõukogu otsustas
pikendada juhatuse liikme volitusi. Nõukogu otsusel jätkab juhatuse liikmena
Sven Litvinov, tema volitusi pikendati uueks 3-aastaseks ametiajaks alates 1.
novembrist 2017.
Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS tütarettevõtte Selver AS ainsa juhatuse liikmena
jätkab alates 18. oktoobrist 2017 senine juhatuse esimees Kristi Lomp. Teise
juhatuse liikme Helen Tulve volitusi, mis lõppevad 17. oktoobril 2017, ei
pikendata seoses Selver AS kartellivaidluse lõppemisega Eestis (börsiteade
08.06.2017). Helen Tulve jätkab Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupis peajuristi
ametikohal, kus ta on töötanud alates 2014. aastast.

Changes in the management boards of the subsidiaries
Teade
The Supervisory Board of KIA Auto AS, the subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja
Grupp AS, has resolved to prolong the authorities of member of the Management
Board. As per resolution of the Supervisory Board, Sven Litvinov shall continue
as member of the Management Board and his term of authorities was prolonged for
another 3-year term as of 1 November 2017.
Kristi Lomp, the current Chairman of the Management Board of Selver AS, the
subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, shall continue as the sole member of
the Management Board as of 18 October 2017. The authorities of the second
member of the Management Board, Helen Tulve, shall expire on 17 October 2017
and the authorities shall not be prolonged in connection to end of the cartel
dispute of Selver AS in Estonia (stock exchange announcement dated 8 June
2017). Helen Tulve shall continue as the General Counsel of Tallinna Kaubamaja
Group, where she has held the said position as of 2014.
