Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kiievi Unit City tehnopargi büroohoone)

Teade

Nordecon AS’i Ukrainas registreeritud tütarettevõte Eurocon Ukraine TOV ning
Kyiv Standartbud TOV sõlmisid lepingu 7korruselise büroohoone ehitamiseks
Kiievi Unit City tehnoparki. Hoones on valmides kokku pinda 6185 m2 ning see
hakkab vastama LEED kuldsertifikaadi rangetele nõuetele keskkonnasäästlikkuse,
energiakasutuse ja sisekliima osas. 

Lepingu maksumus on koos käibemaksuga 3,4 miljonit eurot. Ehitus valmib 2018
aasta juunis. 


Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud

Construction contract (Kiev Unit City Technopark office building)

Teade

Eurocon Ukraine TOV, a subsidiary of Nordecon AS that is registered in Ukraine,
and Kyiv Standartbud TOV concluded a contract for the construction of a 7-story
office building in Unit City Technopark in Kiev. The building will have a total
surface area of 6,185 m2 and will meet the strict requirements of the LEED gold
certificate regarding environmental sustainability, energy use, and indoor
climate. 

The contract value is 3.4 million euros (including VAT). The construction will
be completed in June 2018.
