Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Metsä Woodi vineeritehas)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Soome metsanduskontserni Metsä Group kuuluv Metsä Wood sõlmisid
lepingu Pärnusse Kase tänavale vineeritehase ehitamiseks. Tehas tuleb ligikaudu
29 000 ruutmeetrise pindalaga ning koosneb tootmishallist koos olmeruumidega ja
bürooplokist. 

Lepingu maksumus on enam kui 14 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks.
Tehas valmib 2018. aasta augustiks.

Construction contract (Metsä Wood plywood mill)

Teade

Nordecon AS and Metsä Wood, part of the Finnish forestry group Metsä Group,
entered into a contract for construction of a plywood mill in Kase Street,
Pärnu. The surface area of the factory will amount to approximately 29,000
square metres, consisting of the production hall with the non-work rooms and
the office block. 

The value of the contract exceeds 14 million euros plus value added tax. The
construction works will be completed in August 2018.
