Riigihankel edukaks tunnistamine (Haabersti ristmiku rekonstrueerimine)

Teade

Haabersti ristmiku rekonstrueerimise riigihankel tunnistati edukaks Nordecon
ASi pakkumus. Tallinna Kommunaalamet ja Nordecon sõlmivad lepingu eeldatavasti
aprilli keskel, pärast 14-päevase vaidlustusaja lõppu. Ehitustööd algavad
aprillis 2017, ristmik valmib oktoobris 2018. Projekti maksumus on 14,967
miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. 

Projekt hõlmab Paldiski maantee, Rannamõisa tee ja Ehitajate tee
kahetasandilise ristmiku ehitust, Paldiski maantee ehitust 1,05 km ulatuses,
Rannamõisa tee  ehitust 1,1 km ulatuses ja Ehitajate tee ehitust 100 m
ulatuses. 


Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud

Public procurement preferred bidder announcement (Reconstruction of Haabersti intersection)

Teade

The tender of Nordecon AS was declared successful in the public procurement for
reconstructing Haabersti intersection. Nordecon and Tallinn Municipal
Engineering Services Department will conclude a contract assumingly in the
middle of April, after expiration of 14-day contestation period. Construction
activities will start in April 2017, and the intersection will be completed in
October 2018. Cost of the project is 14,967 million euros, VAT excluded. 

Project will cover the construction of the two-level intersection of Paldiski
Road, Rannamõisa Street and Ehitajate Street, construction of Paldiski Road in
extent of 1.05 km, construction of Rannamõisa Street in extent of 1.1 km, and
construction of Ehitajate Street in extent of 100 m.
