Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Väsby Terrass korterelamu)
Teade
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Swencn AB sõlmis lepingu Rootsi
kinnisvaraarendajaga Brabo Stockholm AB kortermaja ehituseks Upplands Väsby
keskusesse Upplandi maakonda Stockholmi läänis Rootsis. Väsby Terrass on
8-korruseline kortermaja, milles on 59 suure rõdu või terrassiga 1–3 toalist
korterit.
Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 6,3 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks.
Maja valmib 2018. aasta juunis.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (Väsby Terrass apartment building)
Teade
Swencn AB, a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with the Swedish
property development company Brabo Stockholm AB for construction of an 8-storey
apartment building in the centre of Upplands Väsby in the Stockholm County,
Uppland Parish, Sweden. Väsby Terrass is an 8-storey apartment building with 59
1-3-bedroom apartments with a large balcony or terrace.
The value of the contract is approximately 6.3 million euros plus value added
tax. The construction works will be completed in June 2018.
