Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Lõõtsa 12 büroohoone)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Technopolis Ülemiste AS sõlmisid lepingu Ülemiste Citysse Lõõtsa
12 büroohoone ehitamiseks. 13korruselisse Alexandre Liwentaali nime kandavasse
hoonesse tuleb 9000 m² kontoripinda. Maja ehitatakse Leed Gold sertifikaadi
standardite järgi, mis tähendab, et keskkonnasäästlikkuse, energiakasutuse ning
ka ehituse ja ehitusmaterjalide valiku ja kasutuse aspektist vastab maja
rangetele nn „rohelistele“ majadele esitatavatele nõuetele. 

Ehituslepingu maksumus on üle 8 miljoni euro, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Maja
valmib 2018. a teises kvartalis.

Construction contract (Lõõtsa 12 office building)

Teade

Nordecon AS and Technopolis Ülemiste AS entered into a contract for
construction of an office building at Lõõtsa 12 in Ülemiste City, Tallinn. The
13-storey building named after Alexandre Liwentaal will house 9,000 m² of
office premises. This office building will be built based on the standards of
the Leed Gold certificate, meaning that the building will meet strict
requirements for so-called “green” buildings from the perspective of
environment-friendliness, energy consumption, construction works and the
selection of building materials, as well as the use. 

The cost of the construction contract exceeds 8 million euros before value
added tax. Construction of the office building will be completed in the second
quarter of 2018.
