Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Ääsmäe-Kohatu 2+1 möödasõidud)

Teade

AS Nordecon ja Maanteeamet sõlmisid lepingu Tallinn-Pärnu-Ikla maantee
Ääsmäe-Kohatu lõigule 2+1 möödasõitude ehituseks koos tagasipöördekohtadega.
Ligikaudu 9 kilomeetrisel lõigul ehitatakse välja ka kohaliku liikluse
lahendused ja ökodukt ning rajatakse uus Kernu sild. Samuti teostab Nordecon
ühe tagasipöördekoha asukohamuutuse projekteerimistööd, katendiarvutused ja
ökodukti tugevusarvutused. Lisaks pinnatakse lepingu raames ka ca 70 000 m2
kõrvalmaanteid. 

Tööde maksumus on 11,2 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd
valmivad 2017. aasta novembri lõpus.

Construction contract (Ääsmäe-Kohatu 2+1 passing lanes)

Teade

AS Nordecon and the Estonian Road Administration signed the contract for the
construction of passing lanes with U-turns on Tallinn-Pärnu-Ikla road, at
Ääsmäe-Kohatu section. Solutions for local traffic will also be completed on
this 9 kilometer section together with an ecoduct and a new Kernu bridge.
Additionally, Nordecon will carry out the design works of an U-turn relocation
project, do the surface material calculations and strength calculations of the
ecoduct. Also, the contract includes surface dressing for approximately 70
000m² of secondary roads. 

The value of the works is 11.2 million euros, excluding VAT. The construction
works will be completed by the end of November 2017.
