Ehitusleping Lätis (kortermaja Riias)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-10-20 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 19. oktoobril 2016 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte SIA Merks ja SIA „C?su 9” lepingu korterelamu ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil C?su tn 9, Riia. Tööd hõlmavad ühe 67 korteriga seitsmekorruselise kortermaja ja maa-aluse parkimiskorruse ehitust ning välisvõrkude ja haljastuse rajamist. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2016. aasta oktoobris ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2017. aasta detsembrisse. Construction contract in Latvia (apartment building in Riga)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-10-20 07:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 19 October 2016, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA “C?su 9”, to perform the construction works of a residential apartment building located at C?su st 9, Riga. The scope of works will include construction of one seven-storey residential apartment building with 67 apartments and underground parking, construction of external network and landscaping. The value of the contract is approximately 5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in October 2016 and are scheduled to complete in December 2017.
