Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (R18 äri- ja kortermaja)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Dollimer Invest OÜ sõlmisid töövõtulepingu elu- ja ärihoone
ehitamiseks Tallinna kesklinna Rotermanni kvartalisse. R18 hoone maa-aluse osa
kaks korrust on valmis, Nordecon AS rajab selle maapealse osa. Kahest hoonest
koosnevas kompleksis on suletud netopinda 10 917 m². Hoone esimesele korrusele
tulevad kaubanduspinnad ning korrustele 2 kuni 6 osaliselt bürood. Lisaks tuleb
hoonesse 58 korterit. 

Tööde maksumus on ligi 9 miljoni eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd
valmivad juulis 2017.

Construction contract (R18 office and apartment building)

Teade

Nordecon AS signed a contract with OÜ Dollimer Invest for the construction
works of the office and apartment building in Rotermanni quarter, Tallinn city.
The two floors below-ground volume of R18 is already completed, Nordecon AS
will erect its above ground section. The building complex will consist of two
buildings with the closed net area of 10,917 sqm. On the first floor the
shopping areas will be located, on floors two to six partially offices. In
addition to that, the building will have 58 apartments. 

The value of the works is close to 9 million euros, excluding VAT. The
construction works will be completed in July 2017.
