Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Virbi 10 Central Residence)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Liven Kinnisvara sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Lasnamäele Virbi 10
Central Residence’i teise etapi – 16-korruselise kortermaja ehituseks. Virbi
tänav 10 hoone esimesele korrusele tulevad äripinnad, majja kokku 75 korterit. 

Tööde maksumus on 6,5 miljonit eurot, sh käibemaks. Ehitustööd valmivad
oktoobris 2017. 



Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud

Construction contract (Virbi 10 Central Residence)

Teade

Nordecon AS signed a contract with Liven Kinnisvara for the construction works
of the second stage of Virbi 10 Central Residence – a 16-storey apartment house
in Lasnamäe district, Tallinn. On the first floor of the building the office
spaces will be located with 75 apartments on the floors above. 

The value of the works is 6.5 million euros, including VAT. The construction
works will be completed in October 2017.
