Teade oluliste osaluste muutuste kohta

AS-i LHV Group (11098261) aktsionärid Andres Viisemann ja Mai Kaarepere
teatasid, et pärast avalikku aktsiaemissiooni, alates 20. maist 2016: 

  -- langes Andres Viisemanni ja temaga seotud isikute osalus AS-is LHV Group
     alla 10% ning moodustab nüüd kokku 2 473 769 aktsiat, mis esindab 9,76%
     AS-i LHV Group hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest;
  -- langes Mai Kaarepere ja temaga seotud isikute osalus AS-is LHV Group alla
     5% ning moodustab nüüd 1 235 215 aktsiat, mis esindab 4,87% AS-i LHV Group
     hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest.

Change in substantial shareholding

Teade

Shareholders of AS LHV Group (11098261) Andres Viisemann and Mai Kaarepere have
informed that after IPO as of 20 May 2016: 

  -- shareholding of Andres Viisemann and persons related to him has been
     reduced below 10% and is now 2,473,769 shares which represent 9.76% of the
     aggregate of votes represented by the shares of AS LHV Group;
  -- shareholding of Mai Kaarepere and persons related to her has been reduced
     below 5% and is now 1,235,215 shares which represent 4.87% of the aggregate
     of votes represented by the shares of AS LHV Group.
