OEG Eesti tütarühingud ühinevad
Teade
OEG Eestis asuvad tütarettevõtted Olympic Casino Eesti AS ja 2016 talvel omandatud kasiinooperaator AS MC Kasiinod sõlmisid 21.03.2016 ühinemislepingu. Ühinemine viiakse lõpule käesoleva aasta jooksul ning selle käigus ühendab Olympic Casino Eesti AS endaga AS MC Kasiinod. Ühinemise lõppedes jätkab kontsern Eesti turul kasiinode opereerimist vaid Olympic Casino Eesti AS kaudu. Ühinemise eesmärgiks on kontserni struktuuri korrastamine. Tütarühingute ühinemine ei oma otsest mõju OEG kontserni majandustegevusele. OEG juhatuse ja nõukogu liikmed ei ole tehingust muul viisil isiklikult huvitatud. OEG: The Estonian subsidiaries of OEG are merging

The Estonian subsidiaries of OEG, Olympic Casino Eesti AS and the casino operating company AS MC Kasiinod which was acquired in the winter of 2016, have concluded a merger agreement on 21.03.2016. The merger will be finalised within the current year and during the course of the merger AS MC Kasiinod will merge with Olympic Casino Eesti AS. After the merger has been completed the group will carry on operating the casinos only through Olympic Casino Eesti AS. The aim of the merger is the adjustment of the group’s structure. The merger of the subsidiaries has no direct influence on the economic activities of OEG Group. The members of the management and supervisory boards of OEG have no personal interest in the transaction.
