Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Ugala teater)
Teade
Nordecon AS ja AS Riigi Kinnisvara sõlmisid töövõtulepingu Ugala teatri
rekonstrueerimisööde teostamiseks. Tööde käigus renoveeritakse ligi 10 000 m2
pinnaga teatrihoone 500-kohaline peasaal, ehitatakse suure proovisaali asukohta
black box tüüpi 200-kohaline teatrisaal, uuendatakse fassaad,
rekonstrueeritakse siseruumid, uuendatakse lavatehnoloogilised süsteemid ja
heakorrastatakse krunt.
Tööde maksumus koos tellija reserviga on 7,85 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Rekonstrueerimistööde kestuseks on planeeritud 13 kuud.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Ugala theatre)
Teade
Nordecon AS signed a contract with AS Riigi Kinnisvara for the reconstruction
works of Ugala theatre building in Viljandi. During the works in this building
with 10,000 sqm space the main hall with 500 seats will be renovated, the large
rehearsal hall will be rebuilt into black box type hall with 200 seats, façade
will be renewed, interior renovated, all stage technology systems replaced and
land plot reconditioned.
The value of the works with reserve is 7.85 million euros, excluding VAT. The
reconstruction works will be completed in 13 months.
