Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-01-13 15:16 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 13. jaanuaril 2016 ilmus uudisteagentuuris Baltic News Service (BNS) artikkel „Merko tütar ja Ar?ers renoveerivad Lätis 8 miljoniga sõjaväebaase“, mille väitel rekonstrueerivad ASi Merko Ehitus tütarfirma SIA Merks ning Läti ehitusfirma Ar?ers Läti ?daži ja Lielv?rde sõjaväebaasid. AS Merko Ehitus kinnitab, et tänase seisuga ei ole AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv 100%line tütarettevõte SIA Merks viidatud ehituslepingut allkirjastanud. Lepingu allkirjastamisel informeerime sellest börsi infosüsteemi vahendusel. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-01-13 15:16 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 13 January 2016 Baltic News Service (BNS) published an article „Merko tütar ja Ar?ers renoveerivad Lätis 8 miljoniga sõjaväebaase“ (Merko´s daughter and Ar?ers renovate military bases in Latvia for 8 million), according to which the daughter company of AS Merko Ehitus, SIA Merks and Latvian construction company Ar?ers will reconstruct Latvian ?daži and Lielv?rde military bases. AS Merko Ehitus confirms that as of today, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has not signed the construction contract, referred to by BNS. We will inform through the stock exchange information system as the contract is signed.
