Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Meerhof 2.0 korterelamud)

Teade

Nordecon AS ja Metro Holding OÜ tütarettevõte Pirita tee 20a OÜ sõlmisid
lepingu Meerhof 2.0 hoonetekompleksi ehitamiseks Tallinnasse aadressile Pirita
tee 20a. Hooned kogupindalaga 24 000 m² rajatakse kahes etapis. 

Tööde lepinguline maksumus on ligikaudu 20,0 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad jaanuaris 2016. Esimese etapi ehitusaeg on 19
kuud, teise etapi ehitusaeg 16 kuud. 


Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Meerhof 2.0 apartment houses)

Teade

Nordecon AS and Pirita tee 20a OÜ, a subsidiary of Metro Holding OÜ signed an
agreement for the construction of the apartment buildings complex Meerhof 2.0,
located in Tallinn, Pirita Rd 20a. The buildings with the total space of 24,000
m²  will be erected in two stages. 

The value of the contract is approximately 20.0 million euros (excluding VAT).
The construction begins in January 2016. The duration of the first stage is 19
months and the second stage 16 months. 


Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
