Muudatus olulise tütarettevõtte juhatuses

Teade

Alates 01.09.2015 nimetati Nordecon AS tütarettevõtte Nordecon Betoon OÜ
teiseks juhatuse liikmeks Magnus Velling. Magnus Velling töötab Nordecon Betoon
OÜ’s alates 2012 aastast valdkonna juhina ning ta on omandanud kõrghariduse
Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli ehitusteaduskonnas. 

Nordecon Betoon OÜ kaheliikmelise juhatuse esimees on Mait Rõõmusaar.


Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2014. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 161 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 2,3 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Change in management in key subsidiary

Teade

Starting from 01 September 2015, Magnus Velling has been appointed as the
second board member of Nordecon Betoon OÜ, a subsidiary of Nordecon AS. Magnus
Velling has been with the company since 2012 as head of division and has
graduated from the faculty of civil engineering of Tallinn University of
Technology. 

The chairman of the two-member board of Nordecon Betoon OÜ is Mait Rõõmusaar.


Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros. Currently Nordecon
Group employs close to 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have
been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
