Tallinn, Eesti, 2015-02-18 07:56 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 17. veebruaril 2015 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks ja SIA Vastint Latvia ehituslepingu kuuekorruselise multifunktsionaalse hoone ehitustööde teostamiseks aadressil Antonijas tänav 17A, Riia, Läti. Tööd hõlmavad kahe omavahel esimese korruse kaudu ühendatud kortermaja ehitust. Esimesel korrusel paiknevad parkimiskohad ja äripinnad, ülemistel korrustel 123 lõppviimistlusega korterit. Hoone katusel asub roheala, hoone brutopind on ligikaudu 19 tuhat ruutmeetrit. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 11,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Construction contract in Latvia (residential and commercial building in Riga)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2015-02-18 07:56 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 17 February 2015, a contract was signed by SIA Merks – part of AS Merko Ehitus group – and SIA Vastint Latvia to perform the construction works of a six-storey multifunctional building at 17A Antonijas street, Riga, Latvia. The scope of works include construction of two apartment buildings, connected through the common first floor. The parking area and commercial premises will be located on the first floor and 123 fully finished apartments on the upper floors. On the roof, there will be a green garden. The approximate gross area of the building is 19 thousand square metres. The expected value of the contract is EUR 11.4 million, plus value added tax.
