PRF: AS-i PRFoods auditeerimata konsolideeritud müügikäive, 4. kvartal ja 12 kuud, 2014
Teade
PRFoodsi 2014. aasta 4. kvartali jätkuvate tegevusvaldkondade auditeerimata
konsolideeritud käive oli 14,4 miljonit eurot, mis on 12,7% ehk 2,1 miljoni
euro võrra madalam kui 2013. aasta 4. kvartalis. Langus tuleb jaeturult ning
nii toorkala kui ka külm- ja kuumsuitsu tootegruppidest. 2014. aasta 12 kuu
auditeerimata konsolideeritud käive ulatus 45,9 miljoni euroni, kasvades
aastaga 5,8% ehk 2,5 miljoni euro võrra. Kasv tuleb nii HoReCa kui ka jaeturult
ning külm- ja kuumsuitsu tootegruppidest.
Seoses Baltikumi ja Venemaa jäätise ja külmutatud kaupade äritegevuse müügiga
kajastatakse AB Premia KPC, Premia Tallinna Külmhoone AS-i, AS-i Premia FFL ja
OOO Hladokombinat No 1 müüke lõpetatud tegevusvaldkonnana. Lõpetatud
tegevusvaldkonna 2014. aasta käive sisaldab müügitulu kuni ettevõtete müügini
31.10.2014.

2014. aasta 12 kuu kokkuvõttes kasvas käive Soome turul, kus suurenes külm- ja
kuumsuitsu toodete müük. Soome käibe osakaal PRFoodsi 2014. aasta 12 kuu
kogukäibest oli 86%.

PRF: Unaudited consolidated turnover of AS PRFoods, 4th quarter and 12 months, 2014
Teade
The unaudited consolidated turnover of the continuing operations of PRFoods in
the 4th quarter of 2014 was 14.4 million euro, which is 12.7%, i.e. 2.1 million
euro, less than in the 4th quarter 2013. The decrease comes from the retail
market and from both, raw fish and cold and hot smoked product groups. The
unaudited consolidated turnover of 12 months of 2014 reached 45.9 million euro,
having increased by 5.8%, i.e. 2.5 million euro, per year. The growth comes
from both, HoReCa and retail markets, and from cold and hot smoked product
groups.
In connection with the sale of the Baltic and Russian ice cream and frozen
goods operations, the sales of AB Premia KPC, Premia Tallinna Külmhoone AS, AS
Premia FFL and OOO Khaldikombinat No 1 are accounted as discontinued
operations. The turnover of 2014 includes the revenue from the discontinued
operations until the sale of the respective companies, i.e. until 31.10.2014.

In the summary of 12 months of 2014, the turnover increased in the Finnish
market where the sales of cold and hot smoked products increased. The
proportion of the Finnish turnover in the total turnover of 12 months of 2014
of PRFoods was 86%.
