Pärna allee korteriarenduse uue etapi käivitamine (Tartu vald)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-12-04 10:42 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva AS Merko Ehitus Eesti tütarettevõte AS Merko Tartu on käivitanud Tartumaal Tartu vallas asuva Pärna allee korteriarenduse uue etapi, mis hõlmab kahe kortermaja ehitust kokku 60 korteriga. Majade valmimine on planeeritud 2015. aasta suveks. Sellega saab Pärna allee 10-majaline elukvartal koos haljastusega lõplikult valmis. Tänaseks valminud kaheksas 2- ja 3-korruselises kortermajas on Merko Tartu tänaseks müünud üle 220 ning müügis on veel 16 korterit. Pärna allee (www.parnaallee.ee) on terviklik elamukvartal, mis asub Tartu vallas Pärna alleel, mõneminutilise autosõidu kaugusel Tartu linnasüdamest. Igal B-energiaklassiga kortermajal on eraldi gaasikatlamaja, korterid on vesikeskküttega, küttekehadeks radiaatorid ning vannitoad elektrilise põrandaküttega. 1- kuni 3-toalisi kortereid iseloomustab kaasaegne ja funktsionaalne planeering, maja paiknemine ilmakaarte suhtes tagab päikesevalguse kõigisse korteritesse. Kortermajade arhitekt on Janno Põldme ning korterite sisekujunduse on loonud OÜ Põldme. Korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 1060–1320 eurot. Ehitatava kahe kortermaja brutopind kokku on ligikaudu 5000 ruutmeetrit ning Pärna allee uue arendusetapi kogumaksumus ca 3,5 miljonit eurot. Pärna avenue apartment development project start of the new phase (Tartu Parish, Tartu County)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-12-04 10:42 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Tartu, subsidiary of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the new phase of Pärna avenue apartment development project in Tartu Parish, Tartu County. The new phase includes two apartment buildings with 60 apartments. The buildings are planned to be completed in summer 2015. After that, the Pärna alley development will be complete together with ten apartment buildings and landscaping. Merko Tartu has completed eight 2- and 3-storey apartment buildings as of now, where the company has sold over 220 apartments and 16 are yet to be sold. Pärna allee (www.parnaallee.ee) is a complete residential area, few minutes’ drive away from Tartu city centre. Each energy class B apartment building has its own gas boiler plant; apartments are equipped with water heating system and radiators, bathrooms have electrical floor heating system. 1- to 3-room apartments are characterized by contemporary and functional planning; the orientation of the building with respect to the cardinal points guarantees enough sunlight in every apartment. The architect of the buildings is Janno Põldme and interior architect is OÜ Põldme. The price per square metre of the apartments in the new development phase ranges from 1060-1320 euros. The gross area of the two building is approximately 5,000 square metres and the total value of the new phase of the Pärna alley apartment development is approximately 3.5 million euros.
