Kortermaja ehituse alustamine (Kristiine linnaosa, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2014-09-08 15:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus on käivitanud arendusprojekti ning alustanud kortermaja ehitust Tallinnas Kristiine linnaosas aadressil Rästa 18. Uus kortermaja kerkib Merko poolt arendatud ja ehitatud Tedre 55 kortermaja kõrvale ning tegemist on sarnase arhitektuurse lahendusega, ent peegelpildis majaga. Viiekorruselisse korterelamusse tuleb 47 korterit ning maja esimesele korrusele 4 äripinda, hoone brutopind on 5279 m². Korterelamu arendusprojekti maksumus on ligikaudu 6,5 miljonit eurot, ehituse valmimine on planeeritud 2015. aasta lõpuks. Rästa 18 (www.merko.ee/rasta18) maja korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 1700–2500 eurot. Kortereid iseloomustavad avarad planeeringud ja valgusküllased terrassid või rõdud, majas on kolm klaaslifti, panipaigad ning parkimiskohad maa-aluses köetavas parklas. Korterelamu arhitekt on hr. Janno Põldme. Start of the apartment building construction (Kristiine district, Tallinn)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2014-09-08 15:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus has started the development project and construction of an apartment building, located at Rästa 18, Kristiine district, Tallinn. The new apartment building will be built next to the Tedre 55 apartment building, developed and built by Merko, and will be with the similar architectural solution, yet in mirror image. The five-storey apartment building consists of 47 apartments and 4 commercial areas on the ground floor. The gross area of the building is 5,279 m². The value of the Rästa 18 project is approximately EUR 6.5 million, and it is estimated to be completed by the end of 2015. The prices of the flats in Rästa 18 (www.merko.ee/rasta18) range from 1,700 to 2,500 euros per square metre. The apartments are characterized by open floor plans and light-filled terraces or balconies, the building has three glass elevators, storage spaces and parking spaces in a heated underground parking garage.
