Riigikohtu 7. augusti 2014 määrusega kohtuasjas 2-13-25323 jõustus kohtulahend,
millega kohtud ei tunnistanud tsiviilasjas nr 2-11-32501 Aivar Noormetsa hagi
alusel Nordecon AS-i suhtes tehtud Harju Maakohtu 31. oktoobri 2012 kohtuotsuse
ja Tallinna Ringkonnakohtu 25. veebruari 2013 kohtuotsuse sundtäitmist
lubamatuks.
Nordecon AS-il tuleb Riigikohtu määruse tagajärjel tasuda tsiviilasjas nr
2-11-32501 tehtud kohtuotsuse alusel Aivar Noormetsale 538 519,55 eurot ja
viivis summas 94 986 eurot ning tulevikus sissenõutavaks muutuv viivis
protsendina võlaõigusseaduse § 113 lg 1 sätestatud määras põhinõudelt 538
519,55 eurolt alates 1. novembrist 2012 kuni põhinõude täieliku tasumiseni.
Nordecon AS täidab kohtuotsuse.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2013. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 174 miljonit eurot ja puhaskasum 4,6 miljonit
eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates
18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi
põhinimekirjas.

Court ruling of Supreme Court
Teade
Court ruling of Supreme Court from 7 August 2014 in case no 2-13-25323 enforced
a court judgment whereby the courts did not declare the compulsory execution of
the court judgment of Harju County Court from 31 October 2012 and court
judgment of Tallinn Circuit Court from 25 February 2014 in a court case
2-11-32501 based on Aivar Noormets’ court action against Nordecon AS as
non-permissible.
<span style="font-size:11pt;">As a result of the Supreme Court ruling Nordecon
AS has to pay Aivar Noormets based on the court judgment made in civil case no
2-11-32501 EUR 538,519.55 and penalty for late payment EUR 94,986 and penalty
for late payment, which will fall due in the future as a percentage rate
specified in § 113 (1) Law of Oblications Act (in Estonian “</span><em
style="font-size: 11pt;">võlaõigusseadus<span style="font-size:11pt;">”)
calculated based on the main claim of EUR 538,519.55 from 1 November 2012 until
the full payment of the main claim.</span>
<span style="font-size:11pt;">Nordecon AS will fulfil the court judgment.</span>
<span style="font-size:11pt;">Nordecon is a group of construction companies
