PRF: Oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammiga alustamine

AS Premia Foods alustab oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammiga.
AS Premia Foods 29.05.2014 toimunud üldkoosolek otsustas kuni 500 000 oma
aktsia tagasiostu ja määras kindlaks tagasiostuprogrammi tingimused.
30.06.2014 sõlmis AS Premia Foods juhatus AS-iga SEB Pank teenuse osutamise
lepingu aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammi läbiviimiseks.
Alates 01.07.2014 alustatakse oma aktsiate tagasiostuprogrammiga kooskõlas
29.05.2014 toimunud üldkoosoleku otsuse ja Euroopa Komisjoni 22. detsembri
2003. a määrusega (EÜ) nr 2273/2003, millega rakendatakse Euroopa Parlamendi ja
nõukogu direktiivi 2003/6/EÜ seoses tagasiostuprogrammidele ja
finantsinstrumentide stabiliseerimisele ettenähtud eranditega.

PRF: Implementing buy-back programme of own shares

AS Premia Foods starts with the implementation of the buy-back programme of own
shares.
The General Meeting of shareholders of AS Premia Foods held on 29.05.2014
resolved the buy-back of up to 500,000 own shares and determined the terms and
conditions of the own shares buy-back programme.
On 30.06.2014, the Management Board of AS Premia Foods executed a service
agreement with AS SEB Pank for carrying out the own share buy-back programme.
From 01.07.2014 the own shares buy-back programme will be implemented in
accordance with the resolution of the General Meeting held on 29.05.2014 and
the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 dated 22 December 2003 implementing
Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards
exemptions for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of financial instruments.
