Ehitusleping Lätis (Jurmala korterelamud Dzintaru 28)

Tallinn, Eesti, 2013-12-30 07:38 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 28. detsembril 2013 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva SIA Merks’i ja Dzintaru 28 SIA vahel leping nelja korterelamu (kokku 93 korterit) ehitustöödeks, asukohaga Dzintaru 28, Jurmala, Läti. Lepingu kohaselt ehitab SIA Merks ühe kolmekorruselise ning kolm neljakorruselist kortermaja brutopinnaga kokku 13 415 m². Lepingu orienteeruv maksumus on 13,7 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2014. aasta jaanuaris ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2015. aasta juuli. AS Merko Ehitus (www.merko.ee) hõlmab Eesti juhtivat ehitusettevõtet AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks'i, Leedu turul tegutsevat UAB Merko Statyba't ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksust koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2012. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 915 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2012. aasta müügitulu oli 249,1 miljonit eurot. Construction contract in Latvia (Jurmala, apartment buildings at Dzintaru 28)

Tallinn, Estonia, 2013-12-30 07:38 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 28 December 2013, SIA Merks, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Dzintaru 28 SIA entered into a contract to perform the construction works of four apartment buildings (total 93 apartments) located at 28 Dzintaru street, Jurmala, Latvia. Under the contract, SIA Merks will build one three-storey and three four-storey apartment buildings with the total gross area of 13 415 m². The approximate value of the contract is 13.7 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in January 2014 and are scheduled for completion in July 2015.
