PRF: Muudatused AS-i Premia Foods Rootsi tütarühingu juhatuses

18.12.2013 registreeriti Rootsi äriregistris muudatus AS-i Premia Foods Rootsi
tütarühingu Överumans Fisk AB juhatuses. Senise juhatuse liikme Jorma Leedi
volitused juhatuse liikmena lõppesid tagasiulatuvalt 30.11.2013 ning Jorma
Leedi asemel valiti juhatuse liikmeks AS-i Premia Foods tütarühingu Saaremere
Kala AS-i juhatuse liige Margus Rebane. Överumans Fisk AB juhatus jätkab
kaheliikmelisena ning lisaks Margus Rebasele kuulub juhatusse Pekka Pentti
Olavi Lahtinen. 

Muudatused Överumans Fisk AB juhatuses tehti seoses Jorma Leedi tööleasumisega
teises ettevõttes ega mõjuta kuidagi Överumans Fisk AB majandustegevust.

PRF: Changes in Management Board of Swedish subsidiary of AS Premia Foods

On 18.12.2013, the changes in the Management Board of the Swedish subsidiary of
AS Premia Foods Överumans Fisk AB were registered in the Swedish Commercial
Register. The authorities of the previous member of the Management Board Jorma
Leed terminated retrospectively on 30.11.2013 and instead of Jorma Leed, the
Management Board member of the subsidiary of AS Premia Foods Saaremere Kala AS
Margus Rebane was elected to be the member of the Management Board. The
Management Board of Överumans Fisk AB will continue with 2 members and in
addition to Margus Rebane Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen acts as the member of the
Management Board. 

The changes in the composition of the Management Board of Överumans Fisk AB
were made in connection with Jorma Leed leaving the company and will have no
influence on the business activities of Överumans Fisk AB.
