Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Stroomi kaubanduskeskus)

Nordecon AS ja Kantauro OÜ sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu Stroomi
kaubanduskeskuse ehitamiseks Tallinnas. Kahekorruselise kaubanduskeskuse
netopind koos maa-aluse parkimiskorrusega on ligikaudu 15 000 ruutmeetrit..
Ehituslepingu maksumus on üle 9 miljoni euro, millele lisandub käibemaks.
Ehitustööde eeldatav lõpp on septembris 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte

Construction contract (Stroomi shopping center)

Nordecon AS and Kantauro OÜ signed a contract for the construction of shopping
center (Stroomi Center, situated in Tallinn). The net area of this two-storied
center with underground parking floor is approximately 15,000 square meters.
The value of the contract is over 9 million euros (excluding VAT). Construction
work is expected to be completed in September 2014.
