Muudatus olulise tütarettevõtte juhatuses

Nordecon AS tütarettevõtte Nordecon Betoon OÜ juhatuse liige Toomas Toompuu
esitas ettevõtte nõukogule avalduse enda tagasikutsumiseks Nordecon Betoon OÜ
juhatusest alates 16. augustist 2013 a. Toomas Toompuu lahkub omal soovil
seoses tööle asumisega perekonna ettevõttes.
Uut juhatuse liiget hetkel ei nimetata, Nordecon Betoon OÜ juhatus jätkab tööd
üheliikmelisena.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2012. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 159,4 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd üle 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Change in management in key subsidiary

Management board member of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (subsidiary of Nordecon AS)
Toomas Toompuu gave a notice to the council asking to be withdrawn from the
management board of Nordecon Betoon OÜ effective as of 16 August 2013. Mr
Toompuu leaves the company on his own initiative in order to take a position in
a family business.
The council has decided not to add a new member of the board for now and the
management board of Nordecon Betoon OÜ will consist of one member.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is
construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and
infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine
and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and
located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more
than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in
2012 was 159.4 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs more than 700
people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the main
list of the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange.
