Nordecon AS ja Pirita Apartments OÜ sõlmisid ehituse töövõtulepingu kortermaja
ehitamiseks aadressil Pirita tee 26, Tallinn. Üheksa korrusega hoonesse tuleb
73 korterit ning kahes maaaluses parklakorruses on ruumi 101 parkimiskohale.
Hoone suletud netopind on kokku ligikaudu 10 810 ruutmeetrit.
Ehituslepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 10 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad juunis 2013. a ning lõpevad eelduslikult
novembris 2014.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste

Construction contract (Pirita 26 apartment building)

Nordecon AS and Pirita Apartments OÜ signed a contract for the construction of
an apartment building situated on Pirita St. 26, Tallinn.

Nordecon AS and Pirita Apartments OÜ signed a contract for the construction of
an apartment building situated on Pirita St. 26, Tallinn. The building has nine
floors with 73 apartments and two underground basement floors have room for 101
parking spaces. The closed net area of the building is approximately 10,810
square meters.
The value of the contract is approximately 10 million euros (excluding VAT).
Construction work will begin in June 2013 and is expected to be completed in
November 2014.
