PRF: Muudatused AS-i Premia Foods tütarühingute juhtorganites

Seoses muudatustega AS-i Premia Foods juhatuses, mille kohaselt on AS-i Premia
Foods uueks juhatuse esimeheks alates 15.05.2013 senine juhatuse liige ja
turundusdirektor Katre Kõvask, tehti muudatusi ka AS-i Premia Foods
tütarühingute juhtorganites.
Vastavalt AS-i Premia Tallinna Külmhoone nõukogu 29.04.2013 otsusele kutsuti
juhatusest tagasi senine juhatuse esimees Kuldar Leis, kelle volitused juhatuse
liikmena lõppesid 15.05.2013. Juhatus jätkab kaheliikmelisena ning juhatuse
liikmeteks on Katre Kõvask ja Silver Kaur.
Vastavalt Saaremere Kala AS-i ainuaktsionäri AS-i Premia Foods 15.05.2013
otsusele kutsuti Saaremere Kala AS-i nõukogust tagasi Kuldar Leis. Nõukogu
jätkab kolmeliikmelisena ning nõukogu liikmeteks on Katre Kõvask, Silver Kaur
ja Erik Haavamäe.
Vastavalt AB Premia KPC ainuaktsionäri AS-i Premia Foods 15.05.2013 otsusele
kutsuti juhatusest tagasi senine juhatuse esimees Kuldar Leis. Juhatus jätkab
kolmeliikmelisena ning lisaks senistele juhatuse liikmetele Erik Haavamäele ja
Alvydas Malakauskasele valiti juhatusse täiendava liikmena Katre Kõvask.
Vastavalt AS Premia FFL ainuaktsionäri AS-i Premia Tallinna Külmhoone
15.05.2013 otsusele kutsuti nõukogust tagasi senine nõukogu esimees Kuldar
Leis. Nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena, nõukogu liikmeteks on Katre Kõvask,
Silver Kaur ja Erik Haavamäe. Uueks nõukogu esimeheks valiti senine nõukogu
liige Katre Kõvask.
Vastavalt OÜ Vettel 15.05.2013 ainuaktsionäri Saaremere Kala AS-i otsusele
kutsuti nõukogust tagasi Kuldar Leis. Nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena ning
lisaks senistele nõukogu liikmetele Indrek Kaselale ja Erik Haavamäele valiti
uueks nõukogu liikmeks Katre Kõvask.
Vastavalt OOO Hladokombinat Nr 1 ainuaktsionäri AS-i Premia Foods 15.05.2013
otsusele kutsuti nõukogust tagasi senine nõukogu esimees Kuldar Leis ja nõukogu
liige Vladislav Mazurok. Uuteks nõukogu liikmeteks valiti Katre Kõvask ja
Silver Kaur ning nõukogu jätkab kolmeliikmelisena, sealjuures jätkab nõukogu
liikmena senine nõukogu liige Aleksander Zaporožtsev.

PRF: Changes in Management Bodies of Subsidiaries of AS Premia Foods

In connection with the changes in the Management Board of AS Premia Foods
according to which the new Chairman of the Management Board of AS Premia Foods
is, as from 15 May 2013, the former member of the Management Board and the
marketing director Katre Kõvask, certain changes were implemented in the
management bodies of the subsidiaries of AS Premia Foods.
According to the resolution of the Supervisory Board of AS Premia Tallinna
Külmhoone, dated 29 April 2013, Kuldar Leis, the former Chairman of the
Management Board, was recalled from the Management Board and his authorities as
the member of the Management Board ended on 15 May 2013. The Management Board
will continue with two members and the members of the Management Board are
Katre Kõvask and Silver Kaur.
According to the resolution of AS Premia Foods as the sole shareholder of
Saaremere Kala AS, dated 15 May 2013, Kuldar Leis was recalled from the
Supervisory Board of Saaremere Kala AS. The Supervisory Board will continue
with three members and the members of the Supervisory Board are Katre Kõvask,
Silver Kaur and Erik Haavamäe.
According to the resolution of AS Premia Foods as the sole shareholder of AB
Premia KPC, dated 15 May 2013, Kuldar Leis, the former Chairman of the

Management Board Erik Haavamäe and Alvydas Malakauskas, Katre Kõvask was
elected as the additional member of the Management Board.

shareholder of AS Premia FFL, dated 15 May 2013, Kuldar Leis, the former
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, was recalled from the Supervisory Board. The
Supervisory Board will continue with three members and the members of the
Supervisory Board are Katre Kõvask, Silver Kaur and Erik Haavamäe. Katre
Kõvask, the current member of the Supervisory Board, was elected as a Chairman
of the Supervisory Board.
According to the resolution of Saaremere Kala AS as the sole shareholder of OÜ
Vettel, dated 15 May 2013, Kuldar Leis was recalled from the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board will continue with three members and in addition to
Indrek Kasela and Erik Haavamäe, the current members of the Supervisory Board,
Katre Kõvask was elected as the new member of the Supervisory Board.
According to the resolution of Premia Foods AS as the sole shareholder of OOO
Khladokombinat No 1, dated 15 May 2013, Kuldar Leis and Vladislav Mazurok were
recalled from the Supervisory Board. Katre Kõvask and Silver Kaur were elected
as the new members of the Supervisory Board, also Aleksander Zaporožtsev, the
current member of the Supervisory Board, will continue as the member of
Supervisory Board.
