CORRECTION: Major shareholder announcements

There was a mistake in the the announcement published earlier today, 12 March
2013. OÜ Toletum has decreased its shareholding not increased. 

The corrected release follows:

As required by § 185 (1) and (2) of the Securities Market Act:

1)   on 8 March 2013, Baltplast OÜ (registry code 10395956) have informed Arco
Vara that they have increased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS to 27.96%.
After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, Baltplast OÜ controls
1,326,000 shares of Arco Vara AS; 

2)   on 8 March 2013, OÜ Toletum (registry code 11011219) have informed Arco
Vara that they have decreased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS to 12.95%.
After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, OÜ Toletum controls 614,278
shares of Arco Vara AS; 

3)   on 11 March 2013, OÜ HM Investeeringud (registry code 10963165) have
informed Arco Vara that they have decreased their shareholding in Arco Vara AS
to 13.19%. After the transactions carried out on 7 March 2013, OÜ HM
Investeeringud controls 625,264 shares of Arco Vara AS. 

The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial
ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
