Ehitusleping (SPA hotell Noorus)

Eesti, Tallinn, 2013-02-08 11:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 7. veebruaril 2013 sõlmiti AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva ASi Merko Ehitus Eesti ja OÜ Termak Real Estate vahel leping SPA hotell Noorus ehitustöödeks, asukohaga L.Koidula tn 19, Narva-Jõesuu. Tööde käigus projekteeritakse ja ehitatakse mere-äärsele krundile hotell ning vabaaja veekeskus brutopindalaga 15 316 m². Rekonstrueeritavast ja uusehituse osast koosneval hotellil saab olema 7 korrust ning 100% uusehitisena rajataval SPA hooneosal 4 korrust ning neid hakkab ühendama kahekorruseline galerii. Hoonesse on planeeritud kokku 115 numbrituba koos retseptsiooni ja lobby baariga, konverentsikeskus, restoran, bowling, vee- ja saunakeskus, VIP SPA ala, ravi SPA, ilu-, laste- ja spordikeskus. Lepingu maksumus on 10,63 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööde üleandmise tähtaeg on 2014. aasta mai. Construction contract (Noorus spa and hotel)

Estonia, Tallinn, 2013-02-08 11:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 7 February 2013, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Termak Real Estate entered into a contract to perform the construction works of the Noorus spa and hotel located at 19 L.Koidula Street, Narva-Jõesuu. In the course of the work, a hotel and recreational aquatic centre (gross area of 15,316 m² altogether) will be designed and built on a seaside plot. The hotel consisting of a renovated part and a newly built addition will have seven storeys and the completely new building enclosing the spa will have four storeys. The hotel and spa will be connected by a two-storey-high gallery. The hotel will have 115 rooms for guests, a reception and lobby bar, conference centre, restaurant, bowling alley, aquatic centre and sauna centre, VIP spa area, spa for health treatments, beautician, children’s centre and sports facility. The price of the contract is EUR 10.63 million, plus value added tax, and the works are to completed by May 2014.
