Nõukogu liikme tagasiastumise avaldus

Tallinn, 2012-04-05 14:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Silvano Fashion Group (registrikood: 10175491, edaspidi SFG) teatab, et SFG nõukogu liige ja esimees Otto Tamme esitas täna, 05. aprillil 2012. a, SFG-le avalduse nõukogu liikme ja esimehe kohalt tagasiastumiseks, mis jõustub koheselt. Otto Tamme palus teha esitatud avalduse teatavaks SFG järgmisele aktsionäride üldkoosolekule. Otto Tamme põhjendas tagasiastumisavaldust järgnevalt: „Vajadus astuda tagasi SFG nõukogu liikme ja esimehe kohalt tuleneb asjaolust, et mind valiti 28. märtsil 2012. a uuesti SFG Valgevenes registreeritud tütarühingu SP ZAO Milavitsa (registrikood: 100055049) nõukogu liikmeks ning esimeheks. Kuivõrd SFG tütarühingus SP ZAO Milavitsa on ette näha töömahu olulist kasvu eelkõige juhtkonna tasandil, ei ole mul kahjuks võimalik samal ajal vajalikul määral keskenduda ka SFG nõukogu liikme ning esimehe kohustuste täitmisele.“ SFG tänab Otto Tammet kui nõukogu liiget ja esimeest SFG arengusse antud panuse eest. Resignation Application from a Member of the Supervisory Board

Tallinn, 2012-04-05 14:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Silvano Fashion Group (registry code: 10175491, hereinafter SFG) hereby informs that today, on 05 April 2012, a member and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SFG Mr Otto Tamme presented to SFG an application for his resignation from the position of SFG Supervisory Board member and the Chairman of SFG Supervisory Board, effective as of immediately. Mr Otto Tamme requested that his application would be provided to the next General Meeting of SFG. Mr Otto Tamme reasoned his resignation application subsequently: „Necessity for resignation from the position of a member and the Chairman of Supervisory Board of SFG originates from the fact that I were re-elected as a member and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Milavitsa JSC (registry code: 100055049) that is a subsidiary of SFG. Since it can be foreseen that the workload of the management of SFG’s subsidiary Milavitsa JSC will increase significantly, unfortunately I cannot concentrate at the same time enough on fulfilling the obligations of a member and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SFG.” SFG is grateful for the contribution that Mr Otto Tamme, as a member and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SFG, has made to the development of SFG.
