AS Ekspress Grupp: Tütarettevõtte asutamine

ASi Ekspress Grupp nõukogu otsustas asutada infotehnoloogia arendamise ja
haldamise tütarettevõtte. AS Ekspress Grupp omab asutatavas osaühingus 100%
osalust. Ettevõtte osakapital on 2 500 eurot.
Ettevõtte juhataja on ASi Ekspress Grupp juhatuse liige Madis Tapupere ja
juhatuse liige ASi Delfi tehnikadirektor ja juhatuse liige Priit Piile.
Osaühingu nõukogu liikmed on ASi Ekspress Grupp juhatuse esimees Gunnar Kobin
ning ASi Ekspress Grupp juhatuse liikmed Pirje Raidma ja Andre Veskimeister.

The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided to establish a new
subsidiary for IT developing and management. AS Ekspress Grupp has 100%
ownership in the private limited company to be established. The share capital
of the company is EUR 2 500.
The Chief Executive of the company is Madis Tapupere, the member of the
Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp and the member of the Management Board is
Priit Piile, the Technical Director and the member of the Management Board of
AS Delfi.
The Supervisory Board members of the company are Gunnar Kobin, the Chairman of
the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp; Pirje Raidma and Andre Veskimeister,
the members of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp.
