Harju Elekter koondab Eesti tütarfirmad ühtse logomärgi alla

Eesti, 2011-04-20 09:44 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ASi Harju Elekter nõukogu ja juhatus võtsid vastu otsuse koondada kõik kontserni Eesti ettevõtted Harju Elektri kaubamärgi alla. Ühise logo kasutamine aitab tugevdada kontserni konkurentsivõimet ning loob lisakasu ja võimalusi turundustegevuses. 

Eelnevast lähtudes kinnitas tütarettevõtte ASi Eltek nõukogu ettevõtte uueks ärinimeks AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika. Harju Maakohtu registriosakond tegi vastava kande 18.aprillil k.a. 

1968. aastal loodud Harju Elekter on juhtiv elektriseadmete ja -materjalide tootja Baltimaades. Harju Elektri Gruppi kuuluvad elektriseadmete valmistajatehased Eestis, Soomes ja Leedus: AS Harju Elekter Elektrotehnika (100%), Satmatic Oy (100%) ja Rifas UAB (51%), telekommunikatsioonitoodete valmistaja AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika (100%) ja müügiesindus Harju Elekter AB (90%), samuti sidusettevõte AS Draka Keila Cables (34%). Harju Elektril on ka finantsinvesteeringud Läti elektriseadmete müügifirmas SIA Energokomplekss (14%) ja Soome börsiettevõttes PKC Group Oyj (7%).

Harju Elekter assembles all Estonian subsidiaries under a uniform logo

Estonia, 2011-04-20 09:44 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory and the Management Boards of AS Harju Elekter took a decision to assemble all Estonian undertakings of the Group under the trade mark of Harju Elekter. The use of a uniform Harju Elekter logo helps to reinforce the competitiveness of the Group and creates additional value and opportunities in marketing.

In light of the foregoing, the Supervisory Board of subsidiary AS Eltek approved AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika as its new name. The Harju County Court’s registration department made the corresponding entry on April 18 of the current year.

Harju Elekter is a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment and materials in the Baltic States. Harju Elekter Group includes the manufacturers of electrical equipment in Estonia, Finland and Lithuania: AS Harju Elekter Elektrotehnika (100%), Satmatic Oy (100%) and Rifas UAB (51%), as well as the manufacturer of telecommunications products AS Harju Elekter Teletehnika (100%) and representative office Harju Elekter AB (90%) and a related company AS Draka Keila Cables (34%). Harju Elekter also has financial investments in the Latvian sales organisation of electrical equipment SIA Energokomplekss (14%) and the Finnish stock company PKC Group Oyj (7%).
