As required by § 185(1) of the Securities Market Act, on 25 August 2011,E.MIROGLIO S.A, have informed the Company that they have acquired shares on3 August 2011, which increases their shareholding in AS Baltika to 14.01percent and on 22 August 2011, which increases their shareholding to 15.08percent.
