Nordecon AS ja AS Kovek sõlmisid lepingu Harjumaal Saue vallas Hüüru piirkonna
ühisveevärgi- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike ehitustööde teostamiseks.

Nordecon AS ja AS Kovek sõlmisid lepingu Harjumaal Saue vallas Hüüru piirkonna
ühisveevärgi- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike ehitustööde teostamiseks. Hüüru
alevikus ja lähiümbruses rajatakse üle 8,5 km veetorustikke ning üle 12 km
kanalisatsioonitorustikke. Lisaks ehitatakse ka veetöötlusjaam. Projekti
kaasfinantseeritakse Euroopa Liidu Ühtekuuluvusfondi toel
Lepingu kogumaksumus on ligikaudu 3,1 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub
käibemaks.
Tööd algavad septembris 2011 peavad ning planeeritakse lõpetada detsembris 2012.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2010. aasta
konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 99,3 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab
hetkel tööd ligikaudu 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad
noteeritud NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Construction contract (Hüüru VK)

Nordecon AS and AS Kovek signed a contract for the construction of water and
waste water network in Hüüru
Tallinn, Estonia, 2011-08-12 09:02 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
Nordecon AS and AS Kovek signed a contract for the construction of water and
waste water network in Hüüru (situated in Northern part of Estonia in Saue
borough). In total of 8.5 kilometers of water and 12 kilometers of waste water
pipelines will be built. A water treatment plant is also constructed. Project
is co-financed by European Union Cohesion Fund.
The value of the contract is approximately 3.1 million euros, excluding VAT.
Works begin in September 2011 and are expected to finish in December 2012.
