PRF: AS-i Premia Foods aktsiakapital ümberarvestatud eurosse

13. aprillil 2011. a kanti äriregistrisse AS-i Premia Foods aktsiakapitali
vähendamine ja ümberarvestamine eurodesse 22. veebruaril 2011. a toimunud
erakorralise aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuste alusel. AS-i Premia Foods
registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 23 209 716 eurot, mis on jagatud 38
682 860 lihtaktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,6 eurot. 

Ühtlasi registreeriti äriregistris ka AS-i Premia Foods põhikirja uus versioon.
AS-i Premia Foods põhikirja uus versioon on kättesaadav äriregistris ja AS-i
Premia Foods kodulehel (www.premiafoods.eu).

PRF: Share capital of AS Premia Foods converted into euro

On 13 April 2011, the decrease of share capital and the conversion of share
capital into euro were entered into the Commercial Register. Relevant
resolutions were adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders
of AS Premia Foods held on 22 February 2011. The new amount of the registered
share capital of AS Premia Foods is 23,209,716 euro, which is divided into
38,682,860 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 0.6 euro. 

Simultaneously the new version of the Articles of Association was registered in
the Commercial Register. The Articles of Association of AS Premia Foods in the
new wording are available at the web page of AS Premia Foods
(www.premiafoods.eu).
