Management Board changes

On 21 October 2010 the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi decided to
recall Stephen Howard as a Management Board member and Chief Financial Officer
and to appoint Management Board member Siiri Lahe as the Chief Financial
Officer. 

Siiri Lahe has been a Management Board member since August 1st 2007 when she
was also appointed as the Chief Financial Officer. She was recalled from her
duties as a CFO for the duration of her maternity leave since November 2009.
Siiri Lahe joined the company in November 1994. She has extensive managerial
skills in AS Tallinna Vesi at several levels within the finance department and
from various organizations prior to joining the Company. She has a higher
education degree in Finance (Management Accounting) and a Master's degree in
Public Administration from Tallinn University of Technology. She owns 700
