CORRECTION: Construction contract (University of Tartu social sciences faculty
premises)

Details of the location of the works is specified. The corrected
announcement follows: 

Nordecon International AS' wholly owned subsidiary Nordecon Ehitus AS signed a
construction contract with University of Tartu to build premises for the
faculty of social sciences in Tartu, Lossi st 36. As per contract the works
include thorough renovations in the rooms previously used as maternity hospital
(situated in Toomemäe, Tartu) and also tiding of the adjacent areas of the
building. 

The value of the contract is approximately 56.2 million kroons (3.6 million
euros) excluding VAT. The works start immediately and will be finished in
September 2011.
