Acquisition of voting rights

Following the termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund  
and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, the Management board of KJK Fund has revoked
the proxy given to Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, to manage the voting rights  
attached to the shares held by the fund. All voting rights attached to the      
fund's shareholdings are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund     
SICAV-SIF.                                                                      
In addition the Management Board of KJK Fund wishes to announce the renaming of 
the fund from DCF Fund (II) SICAV- SIF to KJK Fund SICAV-SIF.                   
KJK Fund SICAV-SIF holds 3,250,000 shares in AS Baltika that account for 11.82% 
of all voting shares.
