Change in voting rights related to substantial shareholding

AS Viisnurk hereby informs that on the 2nd of November 2010 it has received a   
notification from KJK Capital OY stating change in voting rights in substantial 
shareholding.                                                                   

Due to termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund         
SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, all voting rights attached to the 
fund's shareholding are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund      
SICAV-SIF. The Fund has 400,000 AS Viisnurk shares constituting 8.89% of total  
votes represented by shares.
