East Capital Baltic Fund on lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse § 185 lg-st 2 28. juunil 2010. aastal teavitanud Ettevõtet, et seoses 2 600 000 aktsia ostuga 21. juunil 2010. aastal, on fondi osalus AS-is Baltika suurenenud 10,79 protsendini. As required by § 185(2) of the Securities Market Act, on 28 June 2010, East Capita Baltic Fund, have informed the Company that they have acquired of 2 600 000 shares on 21 June 2010, which increases their shareholding in AS Baltika to 10.79 percent. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
