Arco Vara Sofia projekt sai kasutusloa

Arco Invest EOOD (100 % Arco Varale kuuluv arendusettevõte Bulgaarias) sai 25.06.2010 Sofia Boulevard Residence Madrid äri- ja eluhoonele kasutusloa. Tegemist on ca 25,000 brutoruutmeetrise 12-kordse äri- ja eluhoone arendusprojektiga, mille 7,300 m2 äripindadest on 81% üürilepingute eellepingutega ning 87-st korterist on 69% võlaõiguslepingutega kaetud. Kasutusluba võimaldab alustada asjaõiguslepingute sõlmimist ning üüripindade üleandmist klientidele. Madridi projekt on Arco Vara ajaloo suurim algusest lõpuni iseseisvalt arendatud projekt ning on suurim Eestist tehtud otseinvesteering Bulgaariasse. Arco Vara on Baltimaade üks juhtivaid kinnisvaraarenduse ettevõtteid, asutatud 1992. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on kinnisvaraarendus, mida toetavad enda kinnisvaravahendus ja hindamine, ehitus ning kinnisvarahaldus. Firmal on esindused 17 linnas Eestis, Lätis, Ukrainas ja Bulgaarias. Authorisation for use was granted to project of Arco Vara in Sofia

On 25.06.2010 Arco Invest EOOD (a Bulgarian development company, which is a 100% subsidiary of Arco Vara) was granted the authorisation for use of the commercial and residential building Sofia Boulevard Residence Madrid. This 12-storey building represents a commercial and residential development project with the total gross area of ca 25'000 square metres; 81 per cent of the 7300 m2 of commercial areas of the project are encumbered with preliminary rental contracts, and 69 per cent of the 87 apartments of the building are covered by contracts under the law of obligations. The authorisation for use entitles the company to start executing real right contracts, and transferring rental premises to the use of customers. The Madrid project is the most extensive project in the history of Arco Vara, which was developed independently by the company from the outset to the very end, and is the largest direct investment ever made by an Estonian company in Bulgaria. Founded in 1992 Arco Vara is one of the leading property developers in the Baltic States. The main business of the company is property development, which is supported by the group's own property brokerage, valuation, construction and property management units. The company has representative offices in 17 towns across Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine and Bulgaria. The Group employees ca 160 people.
