Võlakirjaemissiooni lunastamine ja intresside maksmine

ABC Grupi AS lunastab tähtaegselt NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsil noteeritud võlakirjad (ISIN kood EE3300091123) 18. juunil 2010.a. ABC Grupi AS maksab võlakirjadelt 18. juunil 2010.a. intressi 70,7677 EUR iga võlakirja kohta. Intressi- ja lunastusmaksed tasutakse isikutele, kes on Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri (EVK) andmete kohaselt võlakirjade omanikeks intressimaksepäeval, s.o 18. juunil 2010.a. kell 08:00. Võlakirjade intressimääraks on 6-kuu EURIBOR + 13% aastas. 18.juunil 2010.a. lõppeva intressiperioodi intressimääraks on 13,998% aastas. Õigusaktidega sätestatud juhtudel peetakse intressimaksetelt kinni tulumaks. Redemption of the bonds and interest payments

On a maturity date 18th of June 2010 ABC Grupi AS will redeem its bonds (ISIN code EE3300091123) listed on the Nasdaq OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange bond list. ABC Grupi AS will pay interest on the bonds on 18th of June 2010 in the amount of EUR 70.7677 per bond. Interests and the redemption payments will be paid to the investors, who according to the Estonian Central Securities Register (Register) data are the holders of the bonds on the respective interest payment day, i.e. on 18th of June 2010 at 8 a.m. The bonds bear a floating interest rate, which consists of 6-month EURIBOR and a margin of 13% per annum. The interest rate for the interest period ending on 18th of June 2010 is 13.998% per annum. In accordance with legal acts income tax will be withheld from the interest paid on the bonds.
