Notice to disconfirm incorrect information

According to the news published today approximately at 12.56 p.m. by the online
edition of the Äripäev newspaper (aripaev.ee), today, on 27 April 2010, ended
the public  offering of the shares of  AS Ekspress Grupp. This is an incorrect
information. The public offering of the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp will end on
3 May 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (Estonian time) as was announced in the Company
Announcement published earlier today.

Today was the last day for trading in subscription rights (EEGRT) on NASDAQ OMX
Tallinn Stock Exchange, which were issued in connection with the current public
offering of the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp. 
At the moment, the Copmany does not have any information about the results of
the public offering subscription. The results will be known after the end of
the subscription period.
